The agreement between you and Reveliers.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Reveliers LLC, a California limited liability company, when you use the Reveliers iOS app or the reveliers.com website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, what stays encrypted on your device, and what lives on our servers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reveliers. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agreed on your behalf. If you are using Reveliers on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Reveliers is currently available in the United States only. We may add or restrict regions over time. Use of the Service must comply with the laws of the place you use it from.

Accounts are created through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure, since access to your Apple ID is access to your Reveliers account. We never see your Apple ID password and cannot reset it for you. If you suspect your Apple ID has been compromised, change your password with Apple and let us know.

One account per person. Do not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to anyone else. Do not impersonate other collectors, brands, or businesses.

Reveliers helps watch collectors keep a structured record of their collection. The Service includes:

• A private, end-to-end encrypted vault for wear logs, service records, prices, stories, measurements, insurance details, custom watches, and photos.
• A catalog of watch references you can browse and identify against by photo.
• A community feed where you can share posts, follow collectors, and discuss watches.
• Insurance-ready exports (PDF and CSV) for individual watches and full collections.
• Saved searches, wishlist, and other tracking tools.

Reveliers is currently in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we learn what serves collectors best. We will give you reasonable notice for any change that materially reduces what your subscription gets you.

Reveliers offers paid subscriptions: Pro (monthly or yearly), Collector (one-time lifetime purchase), and a limited Founders lifetime tier. Pricing is shown in the app and on reveliers.com. Apple's StoreKit processes all payments. We never see your payment card details.

Auto-renewal. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID (Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Free trial. New users automatically receive 14 days of Pro features at sign-up. No payment information is required for the trial. At the end of the 14 days, your account drops to the Free tier unless you start a paid subscription through Apple's StoreKit. You are never charged for the trial itself; charging only begins if and when you choose to subscribe.

Refunds. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. For auto-renewing subscriptions, we will give you advance notice and the chance to cancel before the new price applies, as required by Apple's policies and applicable law.

Fair use of unlimited features. Tiers that describe a feature as "unlimited" (for example, unlimited identifies on Collector and Founders) are subject to reasonable fair-use and anti-abuse limits. We may rate-limit accounts that show clearly abusive or automated patterns of use that would impose disproportionate cost on the Service. Honest collector usage will never trigger these limits.

Lifetime products. The Collector and Founders tiers are one-time purchases that grant the features described at the time of purchase for the lifetime of the Reveliers Service, not for the buyer's biological lifetime and not transferable to a successor or acquirer. We will give reasonable notice if we ever discontinue the Service or materially change what a lifetime tier includes.

"Your content" means anything you create, upload, or post through Reveliers: posts, comments, photos you choose to publish to the community feed, reference edits you contribute to the public catalog, profile information, and feedback you send. The content in your encrypted vault is also yours, but we never see it, so it doesn't come up in this section.

You keep ownership. You retain all rights you already have in your content. We do not claim ownership of what you create.

License you grant us. To operate the Service, you grant Reveliers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, display, copy, distribute, and create derivative works of your content solely to provide, develop, and promote the Service. For example: showing your community post to your followers, generating thumbnails, including it in moderation review, or featuring a public profile with your permission.

What the license does not cover. We do not sell your content, license it to advertisers, or use it to train external machine-learning models without your explicit permission. If we ever propose using user content for model training in the future, we will ask you to opt in.

When the license ends. The license to specific content ends when you delete that content, subject to brief retention for backup propagation and technical operations described in the Privacy Policy. Content that other users have already saved or redistributed within the Service may persist in those destinations.

Your representations. By posting content, you confirm that you have the rights to do so, the content is yours or you have permission from the rights holders, and it does not violate anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Reveliers is a place for collectors to share watches and ideas. To keep it that way, do not do any of the following on the Service:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Posting content that sexualises or endangers minors. This is grounds for immediate termination and a report to authorities.
• Posting illegal content, content that infringes copyright or trademark, or content you do not have permission to share.
• Spam, repetitive promotional content, multi-level marketing schemes, or unsolicited offers.
• Impersonating another person, brand, or business, or creating accounts intended to deceive other users.
• Listing watches for sale through the community feed unless we have explicitly enabled a marketplace feature. Reveliers is not a marketplace.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting bulk data from the Service, including the catalog, community feed, or other users' content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the app or backend.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, paywalls, encryption, or other technical measures.
• Using the Service to send malware, conduct attacks, or interfere with the Service or its users.
• Anything that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for violations. Repeat or severe violations can result in permanent termination without notice.

Your vault data is end-to-end encrypted on your device with a key stored in iCloud Keychain. We do not have the key and cannot recover your vault if the key is lost.

Important. If you lose access to your Apple ID with no other Apple devices and no recovery contact, your vault is permanently inaccessible. If you reset your vault key in the app's settings, every previously encrypted record on our servers becomes permanently unreadable. We provide the export tools so you can keep your own copies; we strongly recommend exporting an insurance-ready PDF or CSV of important records (insurance details, service history, purchase records) periodically. Reveliers is not responsible for the loss of vault data caused by Apple ID loss, key reset, or device failure.

Reveliers does not provide insurance, appraisals, replacement valuations, or claims decisions. Export formats are organizational tools only; your insurer decides what documentation is sufficient. Reveliers can export your collection data as PDFs and CSVs formatted to match what insurance underwriters and claims adjusters typically ask for. We help you keep the record. Coverage, valuation, claim outcomes, and any other dealings with your insurer or buyer are between you and them. Reveliers does not guarantee that any insurer, adjuster, or buyer will accept a Reveliers export, and we are not responsible for disputes over coverage, claim handling, valuations, or sale outcomes.

Keep your own copies of important documents (receipts, warranty cards, original appraisals). Reveliers is a convenience for organizing and presenting your records, not a replacement for the underlying documents themselves.

Subject to these Terms, Reveliers grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Reveliers app on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your own use as a watch collector. Professional users (watchmakers, dealers, insurers, and similar) may use the app to manage their own collection records under this license. The license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the app or any part of it, or to operate the app as a service to third parties.

The Reveliers app, website, brand, logo, catalog data structure, and all related software, design, and content (excluding your content and third-party content) are owned by Reveliers or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer any of that ownership to you.

"Reveliers" and the Reveliers logo are our trademarks. Do not use them in connection with any product or service that is not Reveliers without our prior written permission.

Reveliers may show third-party content (manufacturer information, market price data, external articles) or link to third-party services. We do not endorse third-party content, and we are not responsible for it. Your dealings with third parties (including dealers, insurers, watch shops, and other collectors) are solely between you and them.

You can terminate at any time by deleting your account from within the app (Profile, then "Delete account" at the bottom of the account card). Email support@reveliers.com if you need help. The server purges your account and the records tied to it immediately on deletion. Lifetime products are not refundable upon voluntary termination. Subscription auto-renewal must also be cancelled separately in iOS Settings if you want to stop billing.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, the community guidelines, or applicable law. We may terminate or suspend without notice for severe violations (illegal content, content harmful to minors, security attacks). For other violations, we will give notice and a chance to cure where reasonable.

If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice and a path to export your data before access ends.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and miscellaneous) will continue to apply after your account ends.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveliers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every possible threat, or that any defect will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy of any catalog data, identification result, valuation, market price, service interval, or timegrapher reading. These are tools and references; use judgement and consult professionals (watchmakers, insurers, appraisers) for decisions that matter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveliers and its owners, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to Reveliers in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent that those laws apply, the above limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveliers and its owners, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, your violation of any third party's rights, or your dealings with third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and Reveliers consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

If you live in a jurisdiction (such as the European Union or the United Kingdom) where local law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, this section does not override that right.

The following apply because Reveliers is distributed through the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Reveliers, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Reveliers app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Reveliers app.
• If the Reveliers app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the Reveliers app.
• Reveliers, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party have relating to the Reveliers app or your possession or use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Reveliers app fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• If a third party claims that the Reveliers app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Reveliers (not Apple) is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

When we change these Terms materially, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations, give notice through the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app notices we present, are the entire agreement between you and Reveliers about the Service.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, network outages, government actions, third-party platform changes).
• No agency: nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Reveliers.
